Pasta with chorizo, spinach and feta
Fry in a pan, Boil or Steam
Cook the pasta in boiling water. In a deep frying pan gently fry the chorizo and fennel seeds. Add the feta and spinach and continue to cook for 5 mins until the feta is melted and the spinach has wilted. Add the drained pasta and mix thoroughly before serving
