Sausage Cassoulet
Fry in a pan, Cook in oven
Fry the sausages in an oven proof pan for about 15 mins, adding the finely sliced onion for the last few minutes. Add the beans and tomatoes and some salt and a dash of vinegar. Tear the bread into small pieces and season with fennel seeds, salt and oil, and spread over the top. Oven cook for 20 mins until bread topping is golden brown
