Satay cauliflower
Fry in a pan
Cover the cauliflower in peanut butter and chilli and fry in the oil for 5 mins. Add the tomatoes, sugar and vinegar and simmer for 10 minutes until the liquid reduces and sticks to the cauliflower. Serve with the sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
